Explore Time DIY Clock
Explore 'time' with this beautiful clock kit. Build it to keep on your desk or hang on the wall. The kit comes with all components, PCB
a cool acrylic case. If you've ever wondered how digital clock works? Here is the kit, to build and find out yourself. The kit is based on
ATmega8 microcontroller and DS1307 Real Time Clock(RTC) Chip. The MCU reads time/date from RTC and displays it on 16X2 displayh in big custom font.Explore Time takes 1 hour to build. It has various menus to set time, date, alaram and other options.
Note: The clock can be powered either by a 9/12V D. C adapter for 4 AA size batteries(1.5V). We recommend you to use power adapter instead of batteries as they do not last long. Also the batteries or power adapter is not shipped with the kit.
