ULN2803

The ULN 2803 is commonly used high current, high voltage integrated drivers. You may use them with most of the MCUs and other digital devices to drive loads. The IC has 8 NPN darilington pair drivers. All the drivers include clamping diodes so that you can driver inductive loads such as relays, lamps and led drivers without back emf.
